SO...NO!
I few weeks ago I had the pleasure of spending of afternoon in South Norwalk, CT, aptly named SoNo. It's a lovely section of town with cute boutiques, restaurant/cafes, and a harbour. It's the perfect way to spend an afternoon out of the city especially if you want to shop and or eat/explore. Here are a few pics from my visit that included a parking ticket from Norwalks finest.
